This is a rare lot. It is southerly facing, has wooded and open and seasonal brook frontage. The force main to the leech field is near the building envelope. The building site is set back from other homes and abuts the common land. Animals are permitted along with agriculture use. Located about 15 minutes from Milton Village and the Islands Exit from I89. Its about 3 miles from a public access into Lake Champlain and not far from a small local Golf Course. The common land is almost 60 acres of woods and a large field and has 2 brooks. Some historical artifacts were found in the field near one of the brooks. At the back of this lot is a thick group of mature trees that end at the top of the bank to the seasonal brook. Looking down from the high part is a seasonal stream that winds around from beside the lot around back and on to Lake Champlain. Real pretty and steep. Sort of a Hawks eye view of the area from up there. This lots boundary goes across the brook and back so both abutting lots down there own across the brook some which is why that line is jagged. Along the West or left side is the common land between the house on lot 5 and this lot. Only one lot other than lot 5 to build on, lot 8. All the other lots are built on Corral Drive. The force main to 5 is the white pipe in the back left near the wood line.
