The property is serviced by Johnson Village Water & Sewer and electric service is single phase with 3 meters, one for each level. Multi-zoned heat includes one zone for a 180 degree hot water system. The property is currently vacant and does not include a complete commercial kitchen, although the functional Ansel hood system is in place.
