Becoming a Licensed Realtor in Vermont
To begin your real estate career and Vermont licensing you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Complete a 40-Hour Salesperson Pre-licensing Course
- Pass the National and Vermont real estate exams
- Verify employment with a licensed Vermont real estate broker
The Vermont Association of Realtors offers a pre-licensing course with class time and necessary study materials to prepare for the final exam. Visit the Vermont Realtors site for more information about course scheduling.
